Attorney Mike Bacon from Gothenburg, NE will join us Wed. May 4thfrom 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Seward Memorial Library for a Round Table Discussion on Tax Increment Financing and the use of LB840 tax funds set aside for Economic Development.
Mike maintains a state wide practice focused on tax increment financing and business and economic development. He has consulted on more than one hundred forty tax increment financing projects in more than 40 Nebraska communities.
Mike is past president of the Nebraska Diplomats. Currently he is president of the Gothenburg Improvement Company, chairman of the Dawson County Area Development board, and sits on the board of a number of for profit and non-profit corporations.
After researching and attending implementation of these laws Mike enjoys discussing the various opportunities available. We hope to see you there.
