Line cook - this includes prepping the line, cooking orders, general and specialized cleaning, dishwashing, etc.

My scheduling is fairly flexible, obviously there are times that I will need more line cooks and servers than others, but I can work with schedules to find times that work. The prep cook position would be the most flexible position, because it is available at almost any time. .
