Full-Time, Full Benefits  $64,320 – $79,800 annually

The City of Seward is seeking its next Library Director due to an upcoming retirement. The incoming Director will have the benefit of assuming leadership of the highly valued and well-ran Seward Memorial Library (https://www.sewardlibrary.org/). The successful candidate must have a visionary eye to the future of library operations while continuing to provide top-quality experience for patrons. Primary responsibilities include planning, directing, managing, supervising, organizing, and overseeing all activities and operations of the Library. The Director will be the face of the Library; therefore, customer service skills are a must. Physical requirements. Valid driver’s license required.
