Seward County is accepting applications for the position of a Part Time 4-H Assistant!

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Transform lives by delivering, teaching, and managing effective educational programming in 4-H and Youth Development. The 4-H Assistant provides positive youth development experiences addressing current and emerging youth issues in Seward County. The position engages youth through diverse learning strategies across schools, clubs, and community settings and requires the ability to travel within the service area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven ability and experience in successfully teaching and interacting with youth audiences
• Valid driver’s license
• Must not be on the Sex Offender Registry or Central Registry

Starting hourly wage: $21.45 or more, depending on experience.
