POSITION SUMMARY
Enhance loan department effectiveness by providing information and management support. Develop favorable relations with customers and promote bank services as opportunities arise.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Produce information: Inputting editing, copying and transmitting text and data.
- Organizes Work & Prepares Reports: Routing correspondence, collecting information, telecommunications.
- Maintains Loan Department Schedules: Maintains calendars for department personnel, utilizes bank tickler system to provide reminders for annual documentation requests.
- Completes Requests: Greets customers, answering questions, completes loan transactions.
- Maintains office supply inventory: Checking stock and inventory levels, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipts of supplies.
- · Maintain customer confidence and protect operation: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provides support for other departments: Back up support for other departments within the bank.
- Provides Historical Reference: Utilize filing and retrieval systems.
- Maintain Technical Knowledge: Attend education workshops.
- Maintain working knowledge of security documentation and the proper recording of the same.
- Contribute to Team Effort: Accomplish related results as needed.
- Participate in community affairs to increase the bank’s visibility and to enhance new business opportunities
