Lead Dance Teacher

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging dance lesson plans for various age groups and skill levels. Lead and instruct dance classes, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Prepare students for performances and competitions. Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance the overall dance program. Participate in our annual Holiday Show and Spring Recitals. Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them reach their full potential. Maintain a safe and welcoming studio environment.
