Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
Aspyr Professional Group is seeking a skilled administrative assistant/bookkeeper to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performs accounting services and bookkeeping responsibilities for clients.
  • Answers phones, responds to emails and communicates with clients.
  • Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills.

Core Competencies:
  • Ability to work with applicable software programs effectively and efficiently to produce finished products.
  • Applies analytical skills to decision making and problem solving.
  • Ability to understand assignments and asks questions when in doubt.
  • Reviews own work for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Exhibits a high level of learning retention.
  • Organized, capable of prioritizing work, and conscious of the importance of time management.
  • Able to adapt to changing conditions and perform under pressure.
  • Actively listens to others and promptly responds to client and staff inquiries.
  • Demonstrates professionalism in manner and appearance, contributing to positive morale.
  • Treats co-workers with courtesy and consideration.
  • Maintains a positive and cooperative attitude.

Client Service Competencies:
  • Provide the highest level of customer service. Helping clients feel important and appreciated through courteous and friendly behavior at all times over the phone and in person.
  • Takes responsibility for quality client service.
Education Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping is preferred but not required.

Experience:
  • Client Service experience is required.
  • Bookkeeping experience is preferred.

Hours:
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
