Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
Aspyr Professional Group is seeking a skilled administrative assistant/bookkeeper to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs accounting services and bookkeeping responsibilities for clients.
- Answers phones, responds to emails and communicates with clients.
- Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with applicable software programs effectively and efficiently to produce finished products.
- Applies analytical skills to decision making and problem solving.
- Ability to understand assignments and asks questions when in doubt.
- Reviews own work for accuracy and completeness before submission.

- Organized, capable of prioritizing work, and conscious of the importance of time management.
- Able to adapt to changing conditions and perform under pressure.
- Actively listens to others and promptly responds to client and staff inquiries.
- Demonstrates professionalism in manner and appearance, contributing to positive morale.

- Maintains a positive and cooperative attitude.
Client Service Competencies:
- Provide the highest level of customer service. Helping clients feel important and appreciated through courteous and friendly behavior at all times over the phone and in person.
- Takes responsibility for quality client service.
Education Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping is preferred but not required.
Experience:
- Client Service experience is required.
- Bookkeeping experience is preferred.
Hours:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
