Event Description:
Our first session of the Rising Stars Leadership Program is coming to a close. It has been a wonderful experience for our participants, and we would like to invite you to celebrate with us.

Civic Center Auditorium and basement
Date/Time Information:
The ceremony will begin at 11:30 in the Civic Center Auditorium and finish with lunch in the basement.
Fees/Admission:
